Pending payments:

If your application payment has been deducted from your bank account but is still showing as ‘Pending’ in the application portal, please wait for 24 hours. The payment gateway sometimes takes time to reconcile and update the payment status. Avoid making duplicate payments.

Multiple/excess payments:

If you have made multiple payments for the same JKSSB application, you can request a refund by submitting the JKSSB refund request form along with your complete payment details. Ensure the full payment already reflects against your application before applying for a refund.

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) is a service recruiting board constituted by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir that conducts examinations to various departmental services or non-gazette posts in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.The board has been constituted in exercise of powers conferred by Provision of Section 124 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with Section 15 of J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Act 2010.
