COVID-19 lockdown: KU postpones all exams scheduled from April 01.

All UG, PG and professional courses already scheduled from April 01 are hereby postponed.

The Kashmir University (KU) has postponed all the examinations scheduled from April 01 in view of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the lockdown called for 21 days across India.

As per the notice issued by the controller examination, the fresh dates for the deferred exams will be notified later, separately.

“All UG, PG and professional courses already scheduled from April 01 are hereby postponed. Fresh dates will be notified separately,” reads the KU notice.

It reads that the examination dates for 5th semester (regular batch 2017 and backlog batch 2016), second semester (regular batch 2019 and backlog batches 2018, 2017 and 2016) and first semester (regular batch 2020 and backlog batches 2018, 2017, 2016) shall be notified after the reopening of university.

“The students are advised, in their own interest, to prepare for their examinations. They can also take help of the study material available on the college websites, KU website and other education related sites,” the KU notice reads.
