PATNA: In a first,Central University of South Bihar(CUSB) will hold an open-book online examination for its fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth semester students from June 21 to 30.
The university’s public relations officer (PRO), Md Mudassir Alam, told this reporter that the open-book examination would be conducted in the online mode with a view to protecting the students from Covid-19.
A virtual orientation programme in this regard was organised by CUSB on Wednesday so that “the undergraduate students understand the mechanism of an open-book examination”. As many as 223 students participated in the event where CUSB teacher,
Swati Gupta, explained them the format of the papers, nature of questions, time, mode and manner of submission. Other faculty members,Ravi Kant, Mozammil Hassan and Manish Kumar Gautam, clarified their doubts.
