The last date for the submission of applications alongwith prescribed fee for obtaining the Xerox of answer scripts is 24th January 2020 and for the Re-evaluation of answer scripts is 31 January 2020.
CAUTION:
1) The candidates who have obtained less that 20% marks in theory are not eligible for Re-Evaluation of their answer scripts.
2) No application shall be entertained after the stipulated time period and areadvised to act promptly.
INSTRUCTION NOTE:
The Heads of the Sub/Branch Offices should dispatch the application forms received either for Xerox or Re-Evaluation along with the summary list separately after every two days to the Divisional Secrecy by hand through an official and also collect the Xerox of the answer scripts of the respective candidates from Divisional Secrecy for distribution among the candidates under proper receipt at the Sub/Branch Offices . The process shall continue till the completion of the job and every effort should be made to facilitate the candidates at concerned Offices .
